The nine departments stressed that it is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to use any chemical substances other than food additives and other substances that may endanger human health in food production and operation. It is strictly forbidden to use illegal drugs or other possibilities in the cultivation, breeding, processing, acquisition and transportation of agricultural products.
